Q: How to confirm that your seat can match my model ?

A: For popular machine models on the market, we always have the same or alternative seats that can fit. If you are not sure ,welcome to send us a photo of your model or original size. We will recommend for you.

Q: I'm not sure if the quality of your seats meet my requirements. How to deal with it?

A: We accept sample orders, so that you can check the quality of our seats first. It should be reminded that our sample order is subject to payment.

Q: What is the warranty? What if there is a quality problem?

A: Usually providing warranty for one year. If there are quality problems, we will analyze the possible reasons. Domesticcustomers can return the defective products and foreign customers can send spare parts priority to repair accessories

Q: Can you provide samples? How long is the delivery time for sample ?

A: We Can provide samples. Current products’ sample is within one week, new products depending on the mold progress. The generalmold time is about 30-45 days, up to the product

Q: I require customization for seats. Is that achievable?

A: It is achievable. Whether it is a logo, seat accessories or special materials requirement, we got relevant customizationexperience.

A: Large quantities regularly need 15-25 days, and the small quantity is 7-15 days
